The rental agent/owner will never look you in the eye again after your lease is signed. Sherwood Holdings is a group of groovy guys who are sucking off the tit of their fathers success. They see tenants as cash cows to be milked to finance their future investments. You will have to cut the milk ( with-hold rent)for them to acknowledge you exist.
Halls smell,super is a woman hating extortionist,management is unresponsive to alledged extortion,they actually charge you to throw out your garbage. Go elsewhere to rent or better buy a coop or condo in the 10708 area.
