The office is completely disorganized and breaks their own agreements left and right. They can't seem to keep up with their records and charge you for their mistakes. They're also terribly erratic about when they cash rent checks. Sometimes they cash immediately, sometimes you have to wait weeks.

Don't live here if you can help it.
