Review for Mountaineer Village Apartments

I would say that Mountaineer Village is by far the nicest place that a college student can rent in Boone. The apartment has a huge living room, a huge kitchen, huge bedrooms, and each room has their own huge bathroom. They are brand new and the grounds people work daily to keep the surrounding area nice and clean. There is a nice pool, a gym, tanning beds, a movie theater, and a game room. And the rental office is right there on the grounds which is very helpful if you have any maintanence issues or other problems. The people in the office are so helpful. Everyone in the office knew my name and acted like my friends rather than just some apartment management trying to sell me a run down apartment and steal my money. If anything ever broke (which was rare because all their appliances are brand new) the maintanence would be there almost immediately. There are security guards who patrol the grounds to keep it safe but they are nice people who arent just trying to bust you for having a party. Although even if there is a party going on it stays quiet so there is never a problem. I subleased from Mountaineer Village during the summer of 2007. Now i live in a terrible apartment and I am in the process of moving back to Mountaineer Village because there is not a better place to be.
