Review for Stratford Apartments

When I moved in, I had a nest of roaches living on the balcony. I informed the office manager immediately and followed up with the manager every week. After six weeks, I still had roaches - both on the balcony and in the apartment.

I also reported routine maintanence issues that included touch up painting, tightening a loose faucet, and cleaning out the dryer vents. It was three weeks before the tasks were completed.

When my lease expires, I will move to another apartment complex. I don't believe the facilities justify the cost in rent.
