Review for Westover Hills Apartments

I stayed in this apartment complex for about 50 months. I vacated the apartment in July and after three months I got a letter that I owe them $500+ for cleaning the apartment and if they do not hear from me in 5 days they will go to collectors agency. I called the Asst Manager and asked him the details, he started making the stuff up on the fly like the charge is for painting the house, cleaning etc. I sent two letters to the manager Brenda Varnish asking her the address of their regional manage, so that I can copy the mgmt also. But no response. The manger there is the worst professional I have ever seen, in a prior incident (which made me vacate the appt) she used abusive language and later apologized. Long story short, I got a notice from collection agency and I plan to fight a legal battle till the end.
