Review for Elizabeth City Gardens Townhouses Apartments

I have loved living hear! It is quiet and pretty much all families. The property managers go out of thier way to help you. They also cater to military members (coast guard). It is on the outer regions of town but close enough to everything and close to the coast guard base! If transfering as a coastie family or just moving to Elizabeth City it is a wonderful place to live!
