Review for Hidden Creek Village Apartments

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. First of all the management and the staff are very rude and are not concerned with the satisfaction of the tenants. The problems within our apartment have ranged from: ant infestation, kitchen floor peeling and coming up after poorly pieced together, large hole in wall of kitchen where drywall was never fixed, closet wall hangers have fallen off the wall multiple times, blinds were not hung correctly and fell numerous times, mold under the kitchen floor, broken shower head, carpet pulling up around edges leaving nails exposed. This is all in a brand new apartment. The one trash compactor for the facility is always broken and backed up trash sits in front of the place in huge piles almost daily. The gates to the community have been broken for weeks at a time without being fixed, but not compensation on our rent is given. Management will make up rules and regulations as they go along that are not in the terms of your lease, but expect you to accomodate them. We have had nothing but problem after problem here and it started with poor management and continued with the horrible construction of the apartments which has led to us counting down the days until our lease was up. If you are seriously considering moving here, be careful, looks are very deceiving, ask around to tennant that live here first, guaranteed you'll change your mind.
