Review for The Village At Cliffdale Apartments

I recently moved out and none to soon I might add. I have lived here for well over two years and I have seen alot of changes, some great, some bad, but changes nevertheless. Late in 2007 the resident recieved a notice stating the property had once again been sold and that good things would now happen for the community.What a Joke, I have heard that song and dance before! The current office staff is by far the rudest I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, the new property manger is a piece of work, where as before the residents were treated like people, you now are a number and just income to them and that's all and to be honest be careful about paying your rent, for the last two month they posted my rent to the wrong account and then tried to charge me a late fee and threatened me with eviction even though I was on notice to move, however on the flip side I have to be honest and tell you that the new maintenance staff is awesome, never in the time I have lived there have I seen such an improvement, the new maintenance supervisor, who by the way is a woman, is awesome, and the staff as whole is great they are very polite, they know you by name, very very knowlegeable, and quick to rspond to the resident needs. With this group the building conditions have changed and I am sure will continue to do so, however this great part of the community isn't enough for me to recommend this property to anyone. Be cautious if you are considering renting here.
