Review for The Madison At Adams Farm Apartments

If you are desperate, live here. Know that you will most likely run into trouble, and when you do, it will be bad. Chances are good that the problems will begin shortly after you move here. The staff which was very friendly and helpful before you signed the lease will suddenly switch personalities on you. You'll have to deal with office staff who are unhelpful, rude, and at times, deceptive. You will see trash, lots and lots of trash. There will be trash outside peoples' doors which is supposed to be prohibited. You'll see over full garbage bins -- so full that people just drop their trash beside the bins. You will encounter broken glass and maybe even needles in the grassy areas. Noise will be a constant problem. Cars speed through the parking lots, residents are outside partying or fighting every weekend, and at times, during the week. The water is cut off to the complex a couple times a month. The staff never knows why, but "the problem is being worked on." Blah Blah Blah. Every resident that I am friends with has had major problems. Flooding and leaking apartments are a constant hassle. We've all had water heater problems (leaking). The staff is almost unbearable at times. Rental policies are changed without notice (like the on-site gym which didn't used to require a deposit). Hell, you have to have some sort of security pass just to use the broken down laundry room. This place is a nightmare, and I know that not all apartment complexes are this way. My advice, stay away, more likely than not, you'll come to regret living here.
