Review for Camden Glen Apartments

If I begin with the plus points, the staff is very professional and appear well trained. security is not too bad, atleast not in the few months I was there. The worst thing is the quality of the apartment and what they are charging for it, $700 for a 2 bed/2 bath on a 12 month lease is thoroughly ridiculous. I would give a rating of 5/5 if the rent was probably $550 but $700 is way too much for this apt. Amesbury which is on the opposite side of the road is probably a better choice if you are paying $700. I myself chose Brookefield wood on Market st as the average rent for a two bedroom (including 2 month free) is coming about $430 per month on a 9 month lease and if you just compare the apartment unit itself, its far more superior and spacious than camden Glen. I am sure the staff in Brook field will not be as competent but what the heck, you will only see them once a month but whats more important is the apartment unit itself and the rent you pay for it
