Review for Huntsview Apartments

Upon move-in this apartment was not ready. There were still several details and maintenance issues that should have been done before my moving date ever arrived. Especially since the apartment was open for about two months or so I was told by one of the young ladies on the day I put in my application for the apartment. However, even with the issues that I had I have been very impressed by the professional nature in which everything has been handled. Mike with Maintenance has been in and out of my apartment since I moved in to correct issues that still exist. I have to say he always leaves a note to say what he has completed and keeps me informed on what still needs to be done and what steps he is taking to do them. Thank you Mike! I appreciate you coming in on the weekend to tie up the must have details on the day the movers came. You didn’t have to but you did and that says a lot of good about you! When I call the front office I usually speak to the property manager Lori and she is always professional and helpful. She seems to get the work orders in quickly and has been helpful and understanding with all issues. While these apartments are older they seem to have been well maintained as a whole. I never have a problem parking right in front of my building which is nice now that it gets dark so early. I have met a few neighbors and everyone seems to be nice enough. I don’t fear for my safety walking around the complex. Every place has its share of problems. It’s how the staff works with residents to resolve them that make all the difference so in my experience this is going to be a great place to live!
