Vista realty is the most unprofessional and unorganized group of individuals to ever grace North Carolina Realty.These condos have fabulous potential but that potential is marred by a host of issues!!!First and foremost the property has been divided up and sold in peices to several other realtors.The realty company i have had my experience with is Vista.They pose as having a language barrier issue to cover up the fact that they just outright lie to your face about maintanence being done and other issues just to get you in there.Then once they have you they basically become the quentisential slum lords.Terrible customer service sever lack of professionalisim and a down right pitiful sense of customer service.If you are considering these guys run !!!!run!!!run
