Review for Flint Ridge Apt Apartments

The apartment buildings are a little old, but the management and maintaince staff DEFINETLY make up for it. The staff treats you nice and with that good old southern charm, and are very pet friendly. Frequently the management wil snd ou newsletters informing the residents about concerns or upcoming events, which is nice. Maintaince goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done, and there is very little time between making the work order and the job getting done. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of storage and closet space. The wallpaper is a little outdated and the big glass doors in the living room are very drafty in the winter time. The property has a pool and lake onsite which helps add to the beauty. You very rarely will hear your neighbors next door, which is a plus for all. The parking lots are well lit. The price is difently affodable for any college student or family just starting out. The apartments are very homey and have plenty of nature surrounding it to allow for a serene backdrop.
