Review for Beacham's Apartments - No 1 Apartments

I would definitely recommend Beacham Apartments to a friend, my husband and I stayed with a friend in one of their apartments when we found the place we had reserved elsewhere was inadequate when we got here and I really liked their place that I talked to my husband to look into a place there... and we got lucky and got an apartment on the spot and it was nice and clean, and they have terminex in to spray once/month so I don't even worry about bugs or spiders, never seen any inside... people are constantly maintaining the grounds... mowing, weedwhacking, painting, etc. and when we went to the office to sign our lease we found there is a refer-a-friend program so it was a nice way to thank our friend for helping us out... and they informed us it would be 100 dollars off of our rent/month during deployments... the rent is cheap and we have plenty of space and even a balcony. We just got personalized address labels from Beachams to say thanks and welcome so I thought that was nice :-)
