Rented: From 2007 To 2009

At first the place was pretty good. After the first six months things started to go down. Rates went up after the first lease. Cable service was added to all leases and the indoor pool was removed. Maintenance was a joke. Nothing was fixed correctly. Numerous cars were broken into and vandalized during my stay there. Management did not care. After moving out miscellaneous chargers were added to my move out. In other words they keep your deposit nomatter how clean your apartment is after move out. They just create charges to make it sound as if they are correct.During my stay my entire building moved. Avoid this place. A lot better places in Winston than this one. Crowne is a lot better and cheaper. Savannah is another good location.
