Village Summit is wonderful. The fact that is brand new makes it even better! I moved from out of state to relocate for a new job, the decision was made before I even saw the unit! I have granite counter tops, new stainless steal appliances,new washer and dryer (life saver!), not to mention it is beautiful. I like to think of it as my own "custom apartment" without having to pick out all the details! Great staff and they do resident functions which has been helpful with meeting new people here. I would recommend living at Village Summit to many, plus its new and you would be the first to live in your plaace!
