I only lived in Eastwood Village for one year, but I enjoyed my time there. There are some spectacular views, it's in a convenient location, and there was room to walk my dogs. Above all, it was not overly expensive for how nice it was. The apartment was great!

Excessive amount of litter/garbage on property
Need more monitoring of pets/poop
Exercise room does not have a working TV
Unsupervised young teens
