A Bargain Price - Convenient to Everything

1 Bedrooms are cute as a button. Older community but nicely kept up. Nice new laundry room. Sweet manager, will do anything to keep you happy. I could walk to downtown Carrboro. Quick bus ride to UNC campus. Cheap rent allowed me to save for lots of other things! <P>
