Review for Andover Woods Apartments

I moved here last year and I regret it. I can not wait for my lease to be over. If you have a car, good luck with finding a parking space. There have been many times that I had to park in other parking areas in which I couldn't see my car from my apartment. People have vehicles without tags parked in great parking spaces. When it has been there for a while, they would put a tag on it even though it is not drivable.

When I moved in, they gave me a check list and so many things were not fixed or done. The door and hood to the stove was hanging. The stove wasnt cleaned. There were marks on the walls. The blinds to the patio was broke. The tub drains slowly. The sinks are not draining properly either.

The neighbors are loud. You can complain to the office many times, and nothing will be done about it. I was told when signing the lease that they give people a warning, then fine them, then evict them. I guess all they get are warnings around here.

Police rarely patrol around here. You may see a cop car when there may have been a crime. I hear of people homes being rob. Cars being broken into. Mine has been broken into.

I suggest getting a great car alarm system and just be aware of your surroundings if you choose to live here.
