Review for Bexley Creekside (Jefferson Creekside) Apartments

This was formerly Jefferson Creekside. New management is not nearly as good. I've had to contact them several times to get things fixed. With my good rental history and long standing history, previous mgmt was willing to go above and beyond for happiness of tenants.....not this management.

Send letters about inspection stickers being passed due, yet there are constantly cars parked on curbs and other non-designated/marked parking spaces. I have to maneuver just to make sure I don't hit a car, that's parked somewhere it should not be.

I receive letters about my lease being up with incorrect lease end dates. Received late letters when rent was received on time....very disorganized

Then when trying to move out, they drag their feet on rental verification...and that's the thankgs I got for being such a long term tenant!
