This building is a testament to the fact that living in uptown Charlotte has become utterly ridiculous. I moved here to be able to walk to work and have never paid so much to feel like I live in a dorm. The parties that go on throughout the night and on the terrace are completely blown off while and vomit in the elevator is a weekly occurence. You shouldn't expect much when the building is adjacent to a bar named "Cans" but one would think that their rates would reflect the amount of grief you have to tolerate.
