Richard the property manager is a very strange man, he make me fel very uncomfortable and would be afraid to be left in a room alone with him. They recently added trash valet service without any resident consent, this sevice costs an extra $30 per month that we are forced to pay. What this service features is a gross smelly redneck that picks up your trash and walks it about 15ft down the hall, instead of you having to drop it down the trash chute. Great idea richard(dick) This place is very noisey, expensive, and the managment staff sucks. The maintainence crew is great! Good guys. Try renting from POST Gateway, or Post Uptown or 5th and poplar.
