Review for Campus Edge Apartments

If it weren't for the piss poor management this place would be alright. It has a great location and some pretty good amenities, but the maintenance people never fill requests. I have had so many issues there, they tried to give me a late fee once b/c they didn't bill my card monthly like we told them too. I had to beg and plead to transfer to another unit after they had told me earlier in the year it wasn't a big deal. I've got 3 more people to move in there for them and never got the money for the referral they promise. Just now I got a call from them saying I didn't turn my old keys in on time...they said you have 24 hours to move..well I moved in just 5 hours and dropped off the keys and yet they are now saying I have to pay a $75 fee?! Amanda is the WORST!!!
