Review for Campus Edge Apartments

The actual apartments are rather nice - decent size common area, and bedrooms with private walk in closet and full bathroom. The location to campus is also very convenient - however only college students live here and therefore there are parties, drunks, and glass/bottles everywhere during the weekend.

The real problem with Campus Edge is the management. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional, unorganized, and hypocritical in my life! I guarantee that no matter how you set rent payment up - they will screw up, charge you late fees, and possibly try to evict you (after being 1 day late with rent). They lie about the return date of your security deposit, and even then make up charges to con as much money out of you as possible.

All the time, effort, and trouble I have spent with the management made these apartments a nightmare! I promise you - you will lose money living at these apartments - and end up spending months fighting to get it back from an uncaring staff and "busy" managers who are never there to return your calls/emails.

Find another complex, its not worth the grievance management causes.
