Review for Campus Edge Apartments

This place is horrible...I have lived here for 1.5 years. Everything is broken and never works. Management sucks here. Nothing is nice. Rooms arent very clean., carpet gets stained, etc. Parties go on constantly, mostly on thursday nights so you cant sleep. Have bad roommates and want new ones...that will be $350...so much for roommate matching...dont want smokers or people who drink...you get both. Parking is available for you..not really guests and spaces are small. Your sink is leaking...ok we can do that next month. DONT SIGN A LEASE!!!! They say only way out is for a subleaser which no one wants to stay here or for you to pay it all off. Dont make the same mistake I did. Robberies happen left and right...so if you want something stolen for insurance money...dont worry about it it will happen sooner or later. The gates are broken and after 2 robberies they deicide to get a guard and lock pedestrian gates...oh wait students have class at 8am and need the gates unlocked...nah its ok we dont open the office until later they can just walk all the way out onto the main road and follow that into campus. This place is a DUMP! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! under any circumstances...you can get a house for this price. Also if you go over your utility cap..guess who has to pay and oh yea that part isnt in the lease...the $45 fee is waived but then u have to pay conservice $45 so they can charge you more $$ when you go over. Oh yea and no pets!? its ok because everyone has them anywayz so dont worry about it just get the poop off your shoe once its dry. After parties place is a dump glass bottles broken in parking lot and all over sidewalks.
