I lived in phase 2 of Coffey Creek for 6 years. Everything was wonderful. From the apartment, outdoor cleanliness, to the office staff everything was always very professional. If there was ever a problem it was resolved immediately. If there were problems with car break ins they notified to entire complex by memos to their tenants. I always felt vary safe and secure living there. I even miss it now that I live in another state.
