Review for Colonial Village Beverly Crest Apartments

I have been living here for 5 yrs, when I first moved in management was great holding monthly social events for the adults as well as the children. Since this new management took over (complex was brought by colonial group) the place is starting to go down hill. Broken glass, garbage is not picked up in a timely manner, you have to call the office several times to get request completed. The new owner and management seems to be more interested in collecting your rent cheque every month, and that's it. The office staff seems to be consently changing with new staff, so you have to wonder what is really happening here. It seems that the leasing staff, doesn't care about the old tenants they have, it seems they would like to run them off. So to future renters be weary about renting here, ask some of people who live there what they really think about this complex.
