Review for Darby Terrace Apartments

Lived at this dump for seven years -- why, because the landlord/owner kept filing court papers after agreeing to work with me numerous times concerning payments. Try to get a decent apartment these days with court papers on your record and you will understand why I stayed for seven awful years. Survey this dump and you will realize why the landlord/owner has to make payment arrangements with its tennants. The ceiling in my apartment has several long cracks that posed safety concerns. The landlord checked it out never fixed it. I finally moved after the owner/landlord and her staff made three separate attempts to enter my apartment eventhough I had my chain lock engaged. One of those times I was in the shower! They then lied in court that they were concerned about me -- another lie! They then hired a "slick willy" lawyer who was able to deny me of my right of a jury trial. In court documents they have stated that they have the right to enter your apartment for any reason at any time, without prior notice. Check the crime stats with cmpd on the internet for the apartment area and you will see that it sits in a high crime area that is plagued with illegal drugs, prostitution, crack heads, drug dealers, gun-carrying thugs, etc...
