Review for Fairways At Piper Glen Apartments

This complex has deteriorated in the 7 months I have lived here. The ownership had changed around the time I moved in, and it has steadily gone down. Management has a great deal of turnover and is generally unresponsive to tenant requests. At this point, something has to go wrong (ie car break-ins, peeping toms, etc) before management is willing to do anything (replacing non-working lights on the property) if they are willing to do anything at all. There have been several occurences where the police have been called for incidents and the residents only find out due to word of mouth. Management has yet to take the initiative to notify residents of criminal activity.
