Review for Fairways At Piper Glen Apartments

The actual apartment I live in nice. I enjoy the location...easy access to Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, the highway, etc. However, the management staff is the absolute worst. None of them know the actual rules or guidelines...9 times out of 10 you get a completely different answer from every staff member. The parking is ridiculous...well that is unless you offer to pay an extra $75 a month for a garage...good luck walking 1 mile to your apartment after dark after someone has been recently car-jacked and another person was held at gun-point. (oh and by the way, the car jacking was at 6:30 on weekday morning). Granted not all of this is the staff's fault, I supposed the other residents who live there don't have any respect for others...there should really be an interview process for anyone wanting to live there...you have people who are just nasty dirty, they leave garbage out by their doors and cockroaches just love them. Needless to say, too bad this apartment wasn't located in a nicer area with nicer folks (oh wait, I'm sorry, you can't get much nicer than Piper Glen-after all, it's across the street from million dollar homes but the staff treats you like you live in a trailer park)
