The apartment is affortable but after a year it starts to show its age. Management are quick responsive and fix things in a jiffy.
The only bad experience I've had was the swimming pool was not clean enough to enjoy in the summer and the so-called lake looks like a swamp. (poor ducky!) Overall I enjoyed my stay which lasted about a year.
