Review for Sun Valley Apartments

do not put your hard earned money into this dump. there was a dead body about 200 yards from my front door. this is something you dont want your children to see. my car was broken into and the radio stolen, and just last week someone tried to steal my car. the manager, Bob, says there is nothing he can do. I dont buy it! my underwear has been stolen twice from the community laundrymat. if you do your research, you will find out that this is the initial 'steps' towards more devious crime; i.e. RAPE!

woman to woman, let me tell you that you WILL NOT be safe here. nothing against latinos, but latinos have the stigma of being womanizers. well, there is no difference here. i cannot walk to the mailbox or the the dumpster without hearing someone say something sexual to me. Not only that, but this is done in front of my FOUR year old! the lack of respect, the lack of education, and the lack of money will be the down fall of Sun Valley Apartments. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
