Rented: From 2005 To 2006

I am a current resident and I suggest to anyone looking to rent from The Villages to do two things:

1. Go to Apartmentratings.com and Ripoffreport.com and read reviews from other renters and

2. Ask the office staff, who show their "true colors" after you have moved in, why the rent is so low for that particular area in Charlotte, NC (South Charlotte).

By the way, I am considering filing a Class-Action Lawsuit against the Villages so what does that tell you?

I don't want to go into alot of details, there can't possibly be enough space, but I rate this apartment an H-HORRIBLE!
