Review for Waterford Creek Apartments

The music is loud and the cars are often broken into at this overpriced east side venue. And just forget breaking out of the iron-clad lease - for ANY reason. You will have to pay at least $2,500 or more based on when you leave. We lived there for a year and a half, during which time the managing company changed three times and management changed six times. We saw drug deals go on outside of our apartment and our neighbors threw loud parties all week - management did NOTHING. So, if you're thinking of renting here, drive through at 5 or 6 pm so you can see what you're getting into.
