Review for Windsor Harbor Apartments

The apartment is ok, but the maintenance is so bad. He's never on time and half the problems he cant fix, and if he do he will have to come back to fix it again,cause he didn't fix it right the first time. He spends more time flirting then trying to get to the problem. When you complain tto the front office, they ain't never on time getting the problem to him as well.
