Lousy Manager & Lousy Maintenance

Apartments are quite spacious but thats it. Maintenance is lousy. Office personel are good people. Resident Manager is no good. Manager speaks with the proverbial forked tongue. I have been trying to get repairs done since i moved in with no avail.
