Apartment Review for Brookstone Apartments

A lot of the complexes in the Charlotte area seem to have the same or similar extras (pool, fitness center, etc.) and appear nice with similar apartments. I looked at 10 complexes when I was moving to the area and thought I made a good choice. I lived at another community which was nice but I found flaws after time. Not here! I have been living at Brookstone for 3 years and the things that I didn't like about the other place are gone in this complex. I have never, ever had a noise problem. I don't hear the neighbors and they don't hear me. To me, that is a major plus of Brookstone. I can tell the builders had built before and the company paying for it didn't skimp. Isn't the worst part of apartment living usually noise from the neighbors? Not here! The only real noise is from people caring for the property. That, I can tolerate because they keep it beautiful. If you're an early riser, that wouldn't be a concern at all. I've rarely had maintenance issues of any kind but the staff is quick and efficient...and friendly. I got more for my dollar here than my other residence and I would never leave if I weren't considering buying a home. Brookstone even offers a guest apartment for $60 per night...less than a hotel. I don't have one negative coment about this place...and that says a lot. If you're making a list of apartments to visit, go here first. It will save you time as you walk into and out of the others.
