Apartment Reviews for Bexley At Harborside - Cornelius

I have lived here at this particular Bexley for two years. I transferred from the Bexley in Charlotte so that I could be closer to the Lake.

Since I've moved in I've had a great experience. Maintenance is always on top of the repair requests I put in and the leasing staff is always there to help!

The only down fall is that the floor plans are not as big as I would have liked. But the brand new black kitchen appliances make up for the lack of space. Plus I get to live like five minutes from the water without paying high prices. I pay $810 for a three bedroom! I recommend it here, you'll love it.

I have lived at this community for going about two years now. I LOVE IT! The maintenance staff is awesome and whenever I have an issue they come out and fix it immediately. The parking is a bit of a struggle, as I always seem to have to walk to my apartment, but the neighborhood is so safe and quiet that I don't really mind it.

The office staff is great also! Since the time I filled out the application to the time that I renewed my lease they have been a huge help. They even called me to remind me that my renewal was due and helped me make the decision to stay or not. My rent did not go up this year and I'm only paying $725 for there larger two bedroom.

I would recommend this to anyone! Single, family, or couples!

I have lived here for over 2 years and I plan on staying. I love my apartment. The few times that I have needed maintenance service it was done quickly and efficiently. The office staff is always available to help out when I need it. I stop by for packages quite often. I really love the 24 hour clubhouse which you will not find at many places at all. I would recommend it. The price is right too (Lake Norman area is the place to live).
