We like it here at Alexan Place and have been here about 6mos. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and maintenance requests taken care of promptly. I didn't rate security higher only because I have never seen any security on the grounds - but have never felt threatened here. It is a popular place for graduate students but the noise is not bad. Overall a good place to live - great customer service and nice facilities. <P>
