In the beginning, I found Carriage House to be a quiet community. It wasn't glamorous but it was in my budget and met my basic need of housing. In the time that I lived there, management changed at least 4 times. I've experienced loud neighbors, roaches and the occasional inability to find a decent park. Recently, I experienced a burglary in my apartment. I found the management to be very uncaring and inconsiderate of my feelings. They have refused to allow me out of my lease stating that a break-in was not grounds to terminate a lease (that only has 3 months left!).
