Apartment Review for Colonial Townhouses

I've been living at Colonial for the past 7 months. After about 3 months, I started searching for some place else to live. They sent out a notice that they will tow cars after 11pm that are not registered with the apartment. Meaning that you have to register your car and your guests have to come before 5pm to show their registration to the office and then given a temporary pass. You may not have a visitor 2 weeks in a row. Jaylynn said to me in front of other residences "that means no booty calls." She must have said that 10 times in front of these other people. How unprofessional! The apartment is RIDDLED with roaches! I'd never even seen a roach in my life before moving here but they are trying to blame them on me.
