Apartment Review for Forest Pointe

My fiance and I moved here about a year and a half ago having lived with my parents previously. At the time all the staff seemed friendly and welcoming. Boy were we mistaken. Our oven never worked despite our informing the staff soon after moving in. They simply told us there was nothing they could do about it. Also, the in unit washer, dryer and dishwasher are not effective at all. The dish washer is tiny and still can barely be opened because it catches on the oven. Of the two women who work in the office, only one can actually be called human (naturally the other one is in charge). Every time she has found anything we've done wrong we've been granted 24 hours at most to fix the problem. both I and my fiance work nearly full time hours and she is also a student. In addition, We've had problem with noisy neighbors in the stairwells and walkways (although mostly on the weekends. Finally their oh so hyped free internet is complete garbage. To sum it up: Very overpriced for the area and we can't wait to move.
