Apartment Reviews for Penrith Townhomes And Apartments - Durham

I've been completely satisfied with my apartment, the staff and maintence have been great very friendly and polite. The only negative thing I will say is that they should let you know before you sign a lease or move in is that it will be very diffcult to get a queen size bed frame upstairs it's too narrow and not wide enough so you will have to damage your frame. Not enough closet space. I had to buy and make another bar just to put my clothes in and I still used the other closet in the other room also. I live alone and where my unit is at I feel safe going and coming it has a light post so I don't have to turn my porch light on. And I'm right near the office walking distance. My son and nephew loves the computer room, excercise room and the pool. Also I forgot to mention that there are some nice places to shop and dine and easy access to 15-501 or Hwy 85, I'm coming from Granville County in the country so I had my doubts about living in Durham but I will have to say this is not a bad area to live. So overall my experience at Penrith Apts is Good. I will certainly suggest this. Thank You, Jesus for guideing me to this place.
