Don't let this place fool you. At first, the office staff seems friendly and concerned with resident satisfaction. This lasts until move in day. After that, don't expect to have your maintence requests met with urgency, don't expect emergency help; even if you are locked out at 2 in the mornin, alone. Does not matter. These people handle every issues in their own personal time. Nothing you have concerns with is delt with or heard properply. You will be in constant confrontation with this staff. This apartment community is in great need of an efficient and professional staff.

I lived at Springfield Apts. for 2 years. I enjoyed my one bedroom apt (800 sp. ft.), more than enough space for one person. Loved the screened in balconies/patios!!!The only problem I had was with timeliness of maintenance. Other than that everything was great! Todd is a wonderful person, makes you feel right at home!! If I had to move back to Springfield I would without a doubt!!

I was excited when I moved to these apts. From the outside, they are very nice. Once I moved in, I started having problems. I could not get them to fix anything. Also, they are always doing construction which is loud and there is NO parking. On the flip side, it is very spacious and the decks rock. Even though management does not get things done as fast as they should, they are very nice about things. Also, hopefully after all the construction, it will be nicer. It sucks having the gym and pool closed, especially during summer

I love my apartment at Springfield. The closets are awesome.
I have lived here for 3 years and the management is wonderful. All I have to do is bring something to the manager Todds attention and he is on top of it.
The location is really close to my job at Duke. I have alot of coworkers who live here too and that makes it even better.
The best thing about this community is that they really do have high standards. They want just let anyone in.
I highly recommend this community.
