Review for Stone Ridge Apartments

Its been almost a year that Ive been living in my apartment at Stone Ridge. So far so good. I like the apartment layouts and I like the fact that they offer all inclusive packages for a small fee. Normally depends on which layout you go with. The parking has seem to get a bit chaotic. I think the place has reached its capacity. Youre pretty much screwed if you come home later than 8:30-9pm. Youll probably have to park on the side of the driveway, handicap or maybe in front of a garage which you'll get in trouble for doing. In my opinion there should be assigned parking or something. Other than that, Im pretty comfortable with the place. Its nice and quiet. It might get a bit noisy on Fridays and Saturdays only because it the weekend I think. The residents seem to be a bit more mature. Late 20's - 30's in terms of age. Ive been reading alot about the rude office staff. I guess you can say they do come off a bit snobby but I just normally ignore it. Im not gonna sit there and cry about the way someone talked to me. I just go in there to pay my rent and thats it. As for the gate...um, yeah...they've been trying to fix it for the last year. Excuse is that theres some wiring issues so there will be times when the gate will work for a day and the following day its broken again. Compared to all the other apts in Fay, Stone Ridge is the type that might end up on your short list.
