Rented: From 2009 To 2009

Not to be redundant but the main reason I moved there was to feel safe while my husband was deployed. The gate just started working but only functions occasionally. Our rent includes $50 in electric fees but we always end up "owing" at least another $50. The property manager declined to let me see the actual bill. She is very unfriendly and seems to forget she is also there to represent/help tenants. Also, if you enjoy having guests over DO NOT LIVE HERE. They treat you like you live in a college dorm and fill each months newsletter with new rules such as no alcohol in any common area and only 2 guests at the pool...how can you enjoy any of these amenities you pay for? There is no security and nowhere to park. For the money you spend living there you deserve to be treated better.
