Review for Hillcrest Village Apartments

These apts. are OLD and not maintained very well. The owners, Wynnefield Properties, Inc. refuse to spend money to maintain the apts. The windows fall out if you try to open them, screen doors are a disgrace, the doors to closets are the accordian type and most of them are old and broken. The office mgr. is also the maintaince person and has total responsibility of trying to meet our needs. The big guns have her hands tied. No, I would not reccomend my friends living here. I'm out as soon as I can find another place.
