Review for Autumn Ridge Apartments

I do not and have not lived here. I really don't even know where this property is located. I previously worked in the apartment business and just happened to run across this rating website for Autum Ridge. To the people that complained - you do have an option to preview your apartment before signing a lease. Any person with common sense would know this and do this. There are no tricks to leases. You read it, understand it & sign it. There should be no misunderstandings. If you don't understand something you ask or don't sign it and live somewhere else. Management can't 'hide' anything in a lease, such as the lease terms. It should have been in black and white when your lease expired. Did you not notice there were no overhead lights when you looked at the apartments? People that complain like this is why I got out of the business! Oh and by the way - you have to clean your tub/shower for mold not to appear.
