Review for Autumn Ridge Apartments

The apartments are old and needs work. The office staff has the worse customer services skills that I even seen. Your complaints or concerns are totally ignored. There is always something going wrong with the actual units. I needed my blinds replaced which results to there being a huge whole in my ceiling. There were maintenance men in my apt for a full week for at least 6hrs a day and I am a singe female. They were fixing the whole in the ceiling which led to a full blown renovation. After a week they still aren’t done. When I went to the office to explain the inconvenience, they had an attitude like it was my fault that I was upset. They didn’t try to accommodate my inconvenience at all. They basically stated they didn’t care. Then they gave me non feasible options. So if want to be bothered by neighbors and maintance at least once a week and have an office and management staff that could care less about their residents, Autumn Ridge would be the perfect place to stay.
