Review for Brassfield Park Apartments

Maintenance is not to be trusted with either fulfilling requests or your personal articles. I will say the carpet is nice---patches throughout included. So long as you do not mind parking AWAY from your unit, you can always find a space. If being ATTACKED by the upper management is your idea of "professional" then yes, this too applies. Cars have history of being stolen and broken into. There is no security. I have lived here for almost a year and am STILL putting in the same maintenance requests repeatedly...only to have them ignored. I got lucky with my neighbors concerning noise (facetious tone). I will give credit to Management in the office for addressing this issue.
